We are the Anglican Church Southern Queensland.
Our Diocese covers an area of more than a half a million square kilometres, from Bundaberg in north central Queensland to Coolangatta on the New South Wales border and west to the borders of South Australia and the Northern Territory.
About four million people live within the Diocesan area, including more than 500,000 Anglicans. In the ACSQ, there are approximately 507 clergy in more than 130 parishes. Clergy form an integral part of the faith community and includes archdeacons, canons, priests, deacons and lay people serving in various ministries. Through their commitment, love and service, they provide both practical care and spiritual support to a diverse community.
